Making students and educators future-ready! Education is at source, a design issue. The blueprint for success must include the creation of structures and processes that will inspire students to engage in a regime that leads to joy in learning. Whilst the aim must be for the students to do the work, the learning culture must not simply be the provision of content and teaching; it must be one that is focused on designing: Design Thinking and Techniques, ones that can frame student goals, guide them, and anticipate challenges along the way! Teachers must learn to think of pedagogy as design.
